      Pros

      If you are interested in learning cybersecurity it’s a great place to learn. Other areas depends on individual project and individual group. Work culture depends on each group, there is no top down culture across the organization.

      Cons

      It a pure consulting mentality. Your manager will not have interest in your growth rather he/she will look after himself/herself. So it is not easy to grow. Benefits are ok not great !

      If you want to grow, if you love your career, this is the company to avoid at all costs. Toxic, bad leadership. The people that get rewarded in here are those who don't care. There is no sense of ownership, they just give tons of titles to individuals while doing nothing. No plan, no vision, always on fire drill. Immature leadership, the leadership care a lot about their ego than what they are delivering.
