I'm lucky to have a team of amazing developers, team leads, and managers. We're working on the latest tech stack and pay is fair. Also you have full access to udemy courses for self development.

Cons

You have to accrue PTO/sick time, benefits aren't anything to brag about, 8 holidays. Would consider benefits to be very mid tier but things move a little slow due to a lot of gov't collaboration so overall I think everything seems fair.
