Pros
Teamwork is a big thing here at GDIT! Everyone is so supportive and everyone seems to really care about one another here. Lots of collaboration and lots of teamwork opportunities have allowed for folks to not only enhance their teamwork skills, but to develop and craft strong professional connections that would last throughout a lifetime. Highly recommend this company for anyone interested in building great professional connections!
Cons
Too much consistency is associated with work products. Given that government clients request for products to designed in a specific way only, it limits the ability for folks to be creative and to explore alternative methods to developing a deliverable.
