      Great Internship

      Pros

      The leadership appears to really care about your career goals and works with you to put you on the right path to help you achieve them.

      Cons

      After working on several different teams, I've noticed that there's a lot of variation on the culture within the company. Some teams have a very positive environment, and some teams have an almost hostile dynamic in interactions with each other.

      Pros

      Dynamic (heh) internship where there were many opportunities to get hands on experience with different technologies through the Avengers workshop R&D program. You get to brainstorm, design and create your project through the process so you feel more like a developer than at other internships.

      Cons

      You can get pulled to some more intern-ish projects mid-process, having to drop everything. Some of the side-assignments felt like busy work.
