Pros
Strong core values. Quality benefits & additional offered perks. Solid pay. Concerted effort with keeping employees feel involved and included. Strong focus on culture and making the workplace a better environment for everyone. Very inclusive (worked with multiple minority and women in leadership).
Cons
Although they try & keep employees involved, there needs to be some refinement in how they do that. The culture is there, but the execution needs tweaking. The internal mobility option is nice on the surface, but it seemed like their recruiters wanted nothing to do with it. Nothing inherently bad to say about GDIT & would absolute embrace another opportunity with them down the road if it ever worked out.
