      Good lower level team players, 9/80

      Cons

      Filed Test department promotes buddies and forgets the sacrifices the lower lever Engineers make, e.g. traveling 90% of the year to work in harsh environments and what it actually takes to push testing through all of its phases and check points. Shame on you!
