Dynamic fast paced, it keeps you on your toes and keeps you challenged. For the most part, really great people.

Cons

Very unrealistic expectations from the management team and getting thrown under the bus is very politically motivated. Watch out for the long beards.

Cons

Not proactive or bit oversight of new business development strategy comparing to the rivals. Still following the old business model and slow reaction to the US defense & international trend.
