      Very focused on providing finest, life-saving combat vehicles to America and its Allies around the world. Strong Leadership Team. Impeccable core Values. Terrific benefits such as: flexible work schedule, 401K, health and safety record, pay, etc. in midst of major overhaul of facilities, leadership programs, and talent programs.

      Cons

      Dependence on government defense contracting sometimes creates swings in workforce dynamics. That same dependence results in a lot of effort geared towards compliance.

      Pros

      Good money with benefits. Coworkers are mostly good. I have had a long career with no layoff. Union is strong and keeps things honest.

      Cons

      Management knows nothing but pretends to know everything. Management always creates drama when targets aren't obtained. The common workers are the only ones that keep the place running.
