      9/80 schedule, decent benefits, holiday schedule ok but could be better

      Cons

      Toxic female high level management. Company refuses to do anything despite long history of bad behavior. Not disability friendly. Door assists if available usually don't work. 1 handicapped bathroom stall on each floor no one in a wheelchair could possibly get in. Doors are heavy and awkward angles. Work life balance was heavily promoted now taken away. You will be micromanaged. Even with covid -going to short cubes so that everyone can get sick. Lots of bureaucracy for even minor things.

      Would not recommend, company is stuck in their old ways with a very bad turnover rate for new engineers.

      Pros

      Very unique work and hybrid schedule.

      Cons

      There seems to be absolutely no communication between different levels of the company (VPs, managers, leads, developers). Deadlines are unrealistic and it’s normalized to work weekends and multiple hours of overtime each day throughout the week to get things done. Older workers seem to be done working while the young engineers scramble to get things completed.

      Work inside. Mostly sitting. Clean

      Cons

      It’s a ghetto. Fights all the time. Childish behavior. Management doesn’t care about you or Your safety as long as the work is going out. If you can live with a .20 raise every year while they expect more and more this is the place for you. GD used to be the place everyone wanted to go. Now they get he people no one else wants.
