Benefits are competitive. Salary structure is antiquated.

Cons

Worst management culture ever. This company still operates with a 1950s mindset. Very little accountability, and seems to reward tenure over competence. Processes? We don't need no stinkin' processes! With all the other companies out there, this should be your last choice for employment. Look at the GlassDoor ratings before making a decision to join this company.

Most co-workers are intelligent and great people. Since the place is chaos 90% of the time, you can always pick up new skills. You do it once, you’ll be the person to do it next time as well though regardless of your role.

Cons

- management - outdated, ineffective processes and practices. - you probably won’t see a promotion for 7-13 years. - pay; good luck buying a house or settling especially when promotions are rare.
