Pros
9 day fortnight, excellent curry day and some of the nicest and most honest people I have had the pleasure of working with within the technical / engineering teams.
Cons
I witnessed bullying on a number of occasions and also reported bullying myself, I was eventually pushed out by HR / senior management. I was advised that there was no proof even though after I reported it to fellow colleagues they advised the same manager had bullied the person I replaced to a point they also left. This had a detrimental effect on my mental health and I needed to seek professional help after working with this individual after they destroyed any confidence I had left. HR made me feel like I was the person bullying because I didnt have the knowledge to make notes every time an incident happened. By far the worst company I have ever worked at but thankfully give me an opportunity to progress my career elsewhere.
