Good pay. Great benefits and bonuses. Very interesting company. Room for advancement. Wouldn't have left but for a family move to a different city too far to commute.

Cons

You need to be aware of the office politics. I was extremely fortunate. I had an amazing Manager who was more than happy to mentor me and learned so very much.
