Cons

Not a very progressive work environment. Drab decor. Duality between salaried and contract workforce. Feast and famine business cycle. Wages are not competitive for specialized skillsets.

Gets multiple 4 day long weekends. Flex / lieu time facility Less accountability

Cons

Senior people gets more vacation than juniors. People, who got hired before 2002 gets retirement benefit. Juniors are screwed.
