      Started great but leadership keeps degrading work life balance without increasing compensation to match

      Pay is decent not better than competition. Don’t expect well paced promotions, job hopping is faster.

      Cons

      Work life balance is constantly being degraded without providing real metrics as to why. It’s just a decision. Expect minimal non-performance based raises and bonuses year after year.

      Good company to work for overall. Flexible with good benefits and decent pay.

      Cons

      Good ole boys club. People put in leadership positions that should definitely not be leaders, almost questionable if they should be employed by the company at all.

      Outdated office Outdated management style Benefits have not kept up with the times. Vacation and PTO is low and rigid. Too much reliance on overtime to meet goals. Little room for advancement unless you're in a specialized role or a managers favorite. Lots of people in leadership roles with zero people skills. low leadership visibility
