      Pros

      Since becoming the President of GDLS about three years ago, the company has transformed. He is a great leader who cares about the company, the importance of delivering quality vehicles to our customers, and is focused on continuous improvement.

      Cons

      Culturally, the company is still very behind. Very few women in leadership, especially middle management to director. Cronyism in the VP and Director ranks abounds.

      Pros

      Flexibility, off fridays every other week, paid over time, health care is good, currently work is stable. It's a little hard to think of other pros for working here.

      Cons

      Salary is low compared to other engineering positions at other companies. Promotions are very very difficult to receive. Over time pay is capped.
