      Pros

      The benefits are good; the 401k plan is well-rounded.

      Cons

      The Stryker Program acts and has acted autonomously since its inception from those practices set forth by the parent company, GDLS.. In other words, rules are bent, fabricated, or made up as the cookie crumbles on a daily basis ~ completely exclusive from GDLS Rules of Conduct. There is much mischarging by Stryker management; allowances that are made for both their misappropriation of time and for their personal favorites' time. This malignant cancer has so far spread within its tapestry that there is no cure for the disease.

      Pay compared to the type/amount of work is good.

      Cons

      Most of the middle managers are terrible. TERRIBLE. They tend to open positions for hiring only to have someone slid into the spot without proper interviews of any other candidates. They tend to hire people who look good on paper but have no skills in any relevant aspect of the job.
