      Pros

      Once you understood the focus of the company, everything fell into place. Make a product, make a plan, make a profit. The customer, almost always the military, got the biggest bang for their buck. As a pen pushing patriot, I appreciated being part of this team.

      Cons

      This is a business, run by people with common goals for success and needs for recognition. Sometimes our achievements are not acknowledged. It's an ego thing; I guess.
