      Volatile Employment (If the contract ends you may be laid off) Resistant to acknowledging failures and fixing them Management does not take into account the ideas of people actually doing the work.

      Pros

      Management works very hard to make the employees feel necessary and listened to. Project keeps work interesting by frequent new experiences.

      Cons

      Project tends to be behind which can cause stress during deadline times. This is caused by a tend to promote that employees work overtime which causes management to not want to hire more people due to lack of funds.
