Pros

It's a great company that genuinely cares for it's employees. Great benefits, hours can be hit or miss depending on the program but for the most part it's balanced. The company has a decent culture as well.

Cons

Sometimes programs are a little mismanaged which can put a lot of pressure to put OT.
