Miserable and demoralizing management and environment

Pros

9/80 Schedule, allows you to have every other Friday off.

Cons

miserable people and environment. Management doesn't invest in employees and do not know how to manage people. Worked in with various different departments and there is no team work, people are always blaming each other instead of trying to learn and take responsibility as a team.
