      Pros

      The people are impressive, ideas are welcomed from all levels, good and proactive career path mentoring, and leading edge technologies and methodologies. Active management engagement on how to improve employee satisfaction and change cultural to be more in-tune with recent and incoming generation of employees.

      Cons

      Salaries and benefits are decent and supposedly tied to market but could be better Although company actively tries to change culture of long work hours are good and even expected, it’s so deep rooted in management that it’s hard to change.
