Pros

I really enjoyed working here. The people I worked with were great and for my position I felt the compensation was competitive especially for it being an entry level position.

Cons

If you're an engineer here I feel like there are plenty of opportunities. For any other position they don't offer much in the way of new opportunities. The turnover rate was really high where I worked as well.

It is a fast pace work place. They leave you alone as long as the work gets done. Not really customer oriented anymore.

Pros

Pay is sufficient. Flex time.

Cons

They are more worried about a 50 cent over run than the customer. When a budget is put in by people that knows what it takes to get the job done, upper management (who do not know anything about what goes on) cuts the hours. My personal opinion is they do not want to deduct from upper management bonuses.
