      Great team, poor compensation

      Pros

      Good work environment, not overworked, and paid overtime if required. The managers are good, and it is not a toxic environment.

      Cons

      Low pay, and poor opportunity to gain higher pay. The union doesn't do a good job, and therefore you can get better paid for the same job somewhere else.
