      Pros

      You can get lost in the masses -with over 90,000+ employees. Great for under achievers. Benefits are status quo with industry.

      Cons

      Your co-workers are only concerned about their longevity at the company Lots of dead wood. Lack of innovators. 10% of the workforce doing 90% of the work

      9/80 Schedule Used to have talented engineers but forced them to leave due to poor senior management On-site gym but they are moving soon Nice coworkers

      Poor senior management Promotes and keeps workers based on hours worked instead of productivity Lays off top talent in favor of mediocre workers Hires mediocre workers only because they have a security clearance Low raises (less than 1%) Promotions based on seniority and not merit All SCIF cubes do not have access to the internet Slow to update software tools and technologies Very little automated software tests Uses Excel for software review tool Does not recognize and reward top talent No formal training

      Listless company, poor option for young employees.

      Pros

      Good work/life balance. You can put in your 40 and go home.

      Cons

      Bad culture. Poor opportunities for advancement if you're a young, ambitious employee. Many people work here so they can cruise to retirement (and it shows). Filling out more of this so that I can get around Glassdoor's minimum word total.
