      Pros

      Great benefits and a fairly stable environment. Great place for new grads to start as you are usually treated like any employee that has been around for a number of years.

      Cons

      Not much room for growth. They use outdated technology. Most programs are pretty chaotic and really behind schedule. Don't expect to be compensated in anyway if you put 110% in. It seems like the people that do no work get just as much recognition as those that do all the work.

      Pros

      security within the herd - you can stay lost in the shuffle but end up without a job the same day

      Cons

      top level is focused only on the ROI. it just as well could be a brokerage house. they want systems not people. the is not a place where 'family' is felt.
