      A wide variety of programs and products and some very cool technology development Good processes and engineering discipline in most cases Competitive benefits....but eroding lately

      Obsessive emphasis on short term results is causing big cost cutbacks and some of the best employees are leaving Centralization of functions is causing bureaucracy and slow decision making (ie. sys eng.) 3 top leaders are out of touch

      Pros

      Very interesting technical work and its great to support our troops. Well paid and reasonable benefits. Fun people. Company is committed to moving away from Govt funded projects and is doing more internally funded work.

      Cons

      Due to US budget problems, long term viability of Govt business is unclear.
