Long product cycles. Employees often don't see a project to delivery before being reassigned. It is very rare an employee can actually participate the the refinement of a product leveraging lessons learned in the previous iteration. As a defense contractor with spending on such projects to likely become less and less and the coming years, opportunities for growth are dwindling.

No loyalty to employees. Management does not care for employees well beings or future. Lack of movement within the company to grow. Need to change out senior level management in security department because they have lost sight of operations and staff. Increase in demands with little raises, always questioning roles even though management has no idea what is going on in day to day operations. Should not have outsourced security with horrible company, should have done their research a little more, maybe more staff would have stayed.
