      Wonderful people work here but the opportunities to move up are hard to come by.

      Pros

      I enjoy working for GD because the people are fantastic! Managers are open and honest. This company is accomodating and supports a work/life balance.

      Cons

      It is very diffcult to move up within this company. Promotions and salary increases are hard to come by. It is difficult to be geoagnostic across projects.

      the work is interesting and varied, good work associates, pleasant work environment, good working conditions and over all a friendly place to be.

      Cons

      There seems to be a glass ceiling in place, you cannot advance past the point you were taken on, management stuck in their ways and do not seem to be able to change
