Great individuals and teams trying hard to deliver for their customers.
Cons
Unfocused leadership struggling to build new business. The BD functions are in disarray without focused, innovative leadership. They lose bids because they cannot effectively formulate a strategy and express it. They rely on existing contracts and embedded business and lack the new business funding to effectively compete. Very poor at attracting and maintaining talented people. The HR organization, particularly recruiting, is
