      Pros

      good pay and benefits. Challenging work. Mostly very good people to work with.

      Cons

      Upper management (esp operations and proposals) at the facility (Marion, VA) were inept regarding composites and leadership skills. The work balance between employees was very skewed. Definite favoritism and politics vs. getting customer work done.
