Pros
There are a number of people at GD who have been there for a while, bringing a lot of experience to the table. There's much that can be learned from old timers.
Cons
Management seems to always sell out engineers. They over promise and undersell the products, then jump down engineerings throats for struggling to deliver. Benefits are cut every year, and raises are practically non existent.
