      Like many mid-sized businesses, there are limited levels of engineering / technical roles (i.e. limited title progression)

      Pros

      If you don’t know a lot or are just out of welding school this place will work with you and help you learn. Very comfortable work environment where you are not rushed.

      Cons

      The pay is low, benefits are not as good as everyone says. Opportunity for advancement is nonexistent. To management you are just a cog in a machine. OT is not always available
