Pros

When I started with the company, they had a great leadership development program. When the function was focused, and staffed, they could accomplish anything.

Cons

Serial layoffs removed older employees that had continuity and deep knowledge. Top young talent often left after each round of layoffs driven out by the changing culture.

Pros

People at the company were great to work with.

Cons

Need to have Master's degree to advance within company. Company values education over years of experience.

It's a great company to stay 3-4 years and then leave.

Pros

Multiple business units to work on, short (less than 2 yrs) rotation on each role, opportunity to work on large and small retail accounts throughout career

Cons

Consultant agency type culture, lack of diversity in upper management/leadership, does not utilize external employees well, manager training and development needs work, lack of popular office locations, lack of innovation, PSM process is questionable.
