Pros

Stable environment, strong management, variety of products and projects, great care to the human factor, allows for good work-life balance, people rarely leave General Mills. Strong values and culture. Care for the communities.

Cons

Employee development doesn't seem to be a focus in the past 1 -2 years, not many trainings that may lead to some frustration.

Pros

Benefits are truly AMAZING!! Paid time off for all Holidays, good 401k matching, Strong community involvement (Mud Volleyball, Family Fair) Best coworkers in the WORLD!!! If it wasn't for my coworkers, i would have been gone years ago! Bonus checks!

Cons

Jobs can get boring if you have that nonstop drive to keep on learning new positions. and Meetings meetings meetings :/ Now their expecting so much out of their people its getting ridiculous.
