Pros

Everyone says this, and it's absolutely true - the people! Some of the best people I've ever been priviliged to work with and for. Support staff (facilities, A/V, tech support) that are second to none and truly care about the quality of their work.

Cons

The culture of General Mills appears to be going through a major transition as a result of their recent major reorganization and downsizing, and work-life balance which used to be highly valued is more difficult to attain. They used to have an excellent benefits package and there have been several changes to this as well for new employees.

Pros

good benefits, great people (not senior management).

Cons

PLT in ABQ very cliquish and non inclusive. Stressed TRUST and team work. The only trust in the building was the placard that said "trust". Managers manage UP very well, but could care less about the people who work for them. Hard workers are not valued, focus is not on production - but more on the program du jour. CI, Real Time, oh brother. Current plant manager came in five years ago and broke a system that wasn't broken.

Pros

Cons

1) In a bid to keep everyone happy and avoid conflict decision making can be slow 2) Some members of staff become 'comfortable' and don't add as much value as they could 3) In a bid to keep everyone ha
