Pros

Work life balance, awesome people, manager are most chill out people, treated as a single contributor and encouraged to take own decisions on project. Owner ship to everything you do. Rewards are pet on the back even on a small change/ contribution/ rectify the problem.

Cons

Training are not happening to keep up with the industry pace on analytics and statistics

Pros

Good Infrastructure, Flexibility of work - they have different shifts you can opt for, work from home is also allowed, makes you feel like a family.

Cons

Lot of events, workshops etc keep happening, most of which are compulsory to handle. With quite a lot of work in your platter already, becomes very difficult to manage your time. Also, not a very fast-paced company in terms of adapting to market changes.
