Pros

Work flex, fabulous benefits, great work environment. They also provide opportunities for volunteering and sponsor social events that help new employees meet individuals they normally wouldn't have contact with.

Cons

Recent reductions in workforce and outsourcing of jobs has placed additional workload on employees. Additional workload is adding stress and reducing the work/life balance ratio.

Pros

Fair salary and great perks Fantastic opportunities for development: learning new skills or expanding current ones Flexible time depending who your manager is Great mentoring programs not sure about the programs' results

Cons

Extremely political culture, don't you dare to voice your opinion if it is contrary to your manager or other superior Forget about being treated fairly if involved in any conflict. It is all about what will make your manager look good or save face If you want to survive do not take actions personally (even if they are). Be prepare to be alright being backstabbed and deceived. Devious and credit taking fellows are the norm

Pros

Smart people, marketing driven organization, great facilities, interesting projects, ability to work with really talented cross-functional people/learn a lot about running an organization, managing a P&L.

Cons

Pretty competitive, but often times behind back. There is still a lot of face-time involved. Silly meetings before meetings, that sort of thing. Senior management doesn't always stick to decisions, lots of politics.
