Pros

There are Many smart, great people who are very Dedicated. Benefits are also good but not as good as they used to be.

Cons

Low morale and extremely poor work life balance exists post restructure. Jobs were eliminated but work was not eliminated.

Pros

Pay scale recently updated to reflect a better alignment with external market. Rotational nature of roles allows for a broad understanding of the business.

Cons

Recent consolidation in food manufacturing industry has led to an increased focus on cost containment, with a stressful quarter to quarter survival mentality taking root. Manager jobs in certain areas are taking the brunt of work that remains after the most recent layoffs, which is leading to burn out and a higher than normal attrition rate.

Not a good place to work

Pros

good health package - 401K - bonus checks - Nice fellow co workers

Cons

They get rid of Team Leaders that are good to their Team Members and keep the ones who kiss upper managements butts and show a lot of favoritism. They have a lot of useless meeting. Don't feel like you are being appreciated. I fell like I'm being talked down to all the time. Not a good work life balance.
