      Pros

      Good career advancement opportunities, plenty of room for improvement in all the plants so you'll get a lot of responsibility

      Cons

      Plants are not in ideal locations, corporate seems a little out of touch with reality.

      Pros

      Very collaborative workplace. Minneapolis was a great place during the summer. The work was meaningful. Plenty of activities both in and out of work.

      Cons

      "Minneapolis nice" didn't understand it until I got there. I prefer more direct communication. Mills has a way of beating around the bush when giving criticism.

      Cons

      Not career oriented, poor feedback management system, high level of turnover in management, unclear career path, not flexible with employees work- life balance
