Pros

Good Work life Balance Focus on overall growth of employee. Not just in your core area, with all the trainings and seminars they make sure, an employee is good in multiple aspects of corporate life. Good work culture. Free snacks and dinner.

Cons

At alot of places bias and favorism is very evident. Company is slow, things are delayed alot because people are either on vacation or don't respond promptly.
