Pros

A great culture, flexible, half day Fridays, lots of opportunity to grow skill set with sideways moves, top talent is nurtured

Going through an immense time of change and restructure with centralisation to a regional team comes with its challenges.

Pros

In addition to being a house of beloved brands, General Mills fosters a great working environment that makes it an ideal place to work.

Cons

With all the competitive and industry pressure to grow top line and bottom line numbers, teams are squeezed thin and expected to do more with less making hours extremely long all for average pay.
