Pros

It is a company where you find a balance between working hard and having time for your family. We work hard, but we have lots of flexibility in managing our time.

Cons

The company is a bit shy on moving fast to become leader in the market. It's global presence is still very limited. It's products are available around the world, but there is not a well defined go-to-market for developing regions.
