The organisation puts an extra effort to listen to employees.. arrange trainings, provide benefits that actually work for them( example - flexible WFH). Most of the managers, even in India, actually are concerned about their reportees and put in the effort to give them a better working environment - at least from the IT department perspective. Workwise.. as everything is in-house... less pressure to achieve value just on excel sheet and more stress on getting real productive things done.. even if it takes a bit of more time. Also intra departmental transfers help to gain knowledge in technologies that you always were interested about.
