Pros

Great benefits and great products

Cons

If you are not a chosen one "alphabet kid" good luck ever moving on or up within the company. The kids get promoted and moved ever six months to a year while experienced hires will likely get one move if lucky and then be stuck chasing the unobtainable carrot with broken promises and un real goals. The doers get stuck carrying most of the work while the bottom feeders can snail along getting the same rewards as everyone else. If you are one that wants to go in do your job and some additional project you will be stuck. You are better off being on any and every committee possible and do your primary tasks second in order to move though the general

Pros

Great people, flexible hours, decent pay

Cons

after acquiring Pillsbury, it turned into just another big company. No longer loyal to employees, too many politics, no vision for the future.
