Pros

Great relationship-based company with exceptional people and great brands. Flexible schedule, summer hours and onsite health services, fitness center, credit union, Caribou, D'Amico and company store. Invested in volunteerism and giving back to the community.

Cons

Heavily weighted toward recruiting from ivy league colleges, which makes it difficult to get promoted if you're not in the "in" crowd.

Pros

interesting work. compensation and benefits are pretty good.

Cons

coddles bad employees under the guise of "bringing them up", which rarely actually happens. technician promotion process near impossible. almost all non-tech positions are outside hires. little chance for advancement. training is virtually non-existent.
