      Excellent Technology Stack. Lot of stress given in Automation. Excellent US colleagues who are very helpful.

      Cons

      Last few years they been hiring bunch of jokers from Banking domain who has no clue about FMCG. Spoiling the culture of the org day by day. Some of the Top hires (seems to be knowing each other from their previous org) has been given the top job. Has no Technology background or exposure. Spoiling the culture. Once it use to be very transparent and open. Now it is more of a close door. Most of the Senior hires and people who are getting promoted either they are from particular location or worked previous in the same org or domain. Quite Interesting. As if high jacked.
