Pros

- Smart people - Opportunities to move around and learn new skills - Work life balance (for the most part, depends on your manager)

Cons

- Once you're inside the organization they don't reward you will pay increases - Company is going through what seems to be continual layoffs - Very little growth for their brands - Leadership is pretty old school and it continues to be rewarded which drives company performance even more into the ground.

Pros

The people were the strength of the company in the past.

Cons

The new management is gutting the company from the highest quality of people to YES people. Revenues dropping and so is morale.
