Evolving to meet new challenges

Pros

Great culture focused on "consumer first" and winning as a team. "Do the right thing all the time" is the core value and is truly lived day to day. Strong focus on individual development, through training and through regular job rotation at all levels of the organization. On a journey to operate more globally and react more nimbly to meet consumer needs like a small startup could.

Cons

Change isn't always easy, and we're going through a lot of change in structure and process in order to compete in a rapidly changing market. It's uncomfortable or frustrating for some people who were used to long years of prosperity and profitability without the need to change.

Pros

You will be able to attempt application of many concepts that were discussed during your educational journey. There are many networking opportunities at the main campus.

Cons

In part because of the many levels it seems like we are always playing an inning and a half behind the current pitch. Often paths/methods are chosen that simply do not work well and are continued until the champion's of the original idea are promoted or move onto their next endeavor.

Pros

processes are clear and sound. many different roles to choose from with a few years experience. Work life balance is great and flexible working environment when needed.

Cons

If you get into the club and promote yourself you can move fast. it is not about results it is about networking. being different is not looked at positively, it is more important to fit it.
