Pros

Receive a generous amount of time off starting day one. Insurance benefits are ok and pay isn't terrible. Management seems to treat the low level employees well. I like that I always know what time I'm leaving and am never asked to come in for forced overtime.

Cons

12 hour shifts are long and the pay can feel like a slap in the face when you find out that they started people off at more 10 years ago. Promotions are based on who you are friends with so those who are slacking off but kissing butt get ahead while those who actually work are generally overlooked.

Pros

The benefits package can't be beat. The pay in great. The culture is very good.

Cons

Twelve hour swing shifts can really wear on you. Company would rather promote a poorly performing engineer off of the manufacturing floor rather than find a good person to fill their spot.
