Pros

Lots of training opportunities and career development resources; valuable cross-functional working experience and project management experience; good work and life balance, flexible working hours based on your personal/family needs

Cons

The CPG industry is going through a challenging situation at this point; lots of prioritization or resource allocation conversations to achieve internal alignment before the projects could take off

Pros

General mills is a strong company with a lot of opportunities and great benefits!

Cons

Company is disorganized and does not do a great job of standardizing. They seem to have a new program and direction every few months.
